People and Banana Slugs Look Different

On slugfari the other day Bob pointed to two banana slugs on the same tree and asked,  “What kind of slugs are those.”

“Pacific banana slugs,” I answered.

“Are you sure, they all look so different?”

“Yes, there is only one king of banana slug living in our forests,  Ariolimax columbianus  — or the Pacific banana slug.”

Every slug we encounter on slugfari is unique. A different size. A different color. A different shape. A different age.

And every person we encounter on slugfari is unique. A different size. A different color. A different shape. A different age. Different is what makes life [and slugfaris] interesting.
